Hello, my name is Abbey and I am super passionate about empowering women of all ages and shapes to become the best versions of themselves and own their individual personal style – I literally wake up excited every single day because I get to do something I truly love!
I worked for many years in advertising and marketing for a national newspaper. When I had my children, we left London for the greener fields of Hertfordshire and I decided to retrain in visual merchandising and window dressing. It was through creating beautiful displays for boutiques and fabric shops that I fell in love with fashion retail as I spent more time hanging out of the window displays to talk to the women on the shop floor!
From there I was inspired to open my own womenswear boutique. I hosted champagne tea parties, photo shoots for clients, created pop-up shopping experiences and offered styling sessions for my customers in the evenings - it was such a wonderful time! When my lease ended in 2017 it provided me with the opportunity to follow the path I truly love and I re-trained with the London College of Style, graduating with a Distinction in Personal Styling.
I write for all the big nationals, collaborate with top brands like SpaceNK, John Lewis, BBC and Whistles, have dressed backstage at London Fashion Week, styled at inclusive fashion shows all around the country and was Course Leader in Women's Styling at The London College of Style.
When I’m not enabling clients to embrace and own their style, I love walking in the great outdoors with my family, watching a good film curled up with my lovely rescue cat and socialising with friends and family - I adore going out for dinner. All done in kick-ass style, of course!
